Saying Hello, Again

I didn’t plan on starting over, but sometimes the path you lose is the one that leads you exactly where you are meant to be.

I wanted to share a little piece of my journey with you.

As you may remember, I used to own Mode 8 Yoga and Fitness, and I wanted to share a little price of my journey with you, as it truly meant everything to me. It was more than business, it was personal. Like many small business owners, I faced the reality of rising rent and changing times, and despite giving it everything I had, I had to make the difficult decision to close the doors. It wasn’t easy to come to write this post and even open a satellite studio off Nasa Rd. 1, but I know my heart was in the right place, and I’m proud of what me and the M8 Team built and the community WE created. 

You know what though (over these past couple years) so much has not changed: yoga is still my passion, and fitness has always been my first love. If anything, this experience has made that even clearer. It feels less like something I chose, and more like something that chose me. 

So while I may not have a physical studio anymore, I just wanted to pop in and say, I’m still here! Whole heartedly I feel more aligned than ever!!!

I’m shifting into creating online coaching and fully customized programs designed to help you reach your goals faster, smarter, and in a way that actually fits your life.

This is a new chapter, and I’m really excited about it.
