Hey! I’m Christine. Here is a little more about me…
I’m a lifestyle entrepreneur with a deep passion for all things wellness and fitness. For almost 20 years, I’ve worked as a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, starting my journey as a freelance trainer and eventually growing into the owner of three yoga and fitness studios in Houston.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of leading more than 10 wellness retreats, from Palm Springs, California to the Hill Country of Texas. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a thoughtful approach to retreats, creating intentional spaces where you can disconnect from the noise and reconnect with… you!
My approach to fitness goes beyond just physical results. I’ve refined a method that blends strength, nutrition, mobility, and mindset grounded in gratitude through both the highs and lows of life’s journey.
What I love most about wellness is its power to help us rediscover who we truly are, build genuine confidence, and create lasting happiness. This is more than a career for me, it’s my calling.
